This property has a refundable Good Housekeeping bond of £100 This is payable, please, two weeks before arrival and will be returned within a week of departure. (Please note that we know that a broken glass or cup cannot be helped and of course this type of thing would not be charged for.)

We do not permit charging of Electric Vehicles, but there are charging points nearby in Windermere.
